So, you likely have most of the ingredients already on hand. But still, this isn't to say that you can only make it on weekends or special occasions when you crave for a nice dessert.

How to Make The Most Amazing Vanilla Cake

Making this cake is easy! Follow the simple steps below, and you'll have a delightful dessert ready in no time.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • Softened 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine flour and 3/4 cup of sugar, baking powder and salt beat in eggs milk butter lemon rind peach juice; pour half into 2 greased floured round cake pans. It will make easier to take the cake out of mould afterwards.

  7. Divide the batter even between prepared cake pans. Spread it out evenly with a spatula.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean. That is where the magic happens!
  9. Cool the cakes in pans on a wire rack for 10 minutes and then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
