How to Make Red, White, and Blue Caprese Salad

Ingredients:

  • Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 3-4 small tomatoes (heirloom or red)
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Blueberries
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions:

  1. Slice the fresh mozzarella and tomatoes thick.
  2. On a serving platter in layers of mozzarella slices, tomato slices and fresh basil leaves.
