Red Velvet Cool Whip Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 box red velvet cake mix
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 1 large egg
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Directions:
- Add the spices and flour to your food processor (or to a bowl if you are using an immersion blender) — pulse until finely groundIf dry ingredients have been processed separately, whisk together.
- Combine red velvet cake mix, Cool Whip and egg in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Roll into balls (I used about a tablespoon of dough for each one).
- Coat each ball in the powdered sugar and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cook 10—12 minutes or until edges are set.
- Allow to cool before serving.
