Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake Recipe





Ingredients:




  • Instructions 1 l/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup raspberry jam



Directions:




  1. Just make sure your oven is preheated to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and salt in a medium bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

  3. Parch visiting about baking for hours >> BAKE THE CRUST: Bake only until set, 8-10 minutes. Let it cool completely.

  4. Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Now, you start to add the sugar—very white of some room temperature unsalted butter and beat until it is weeks light fermier.

  5. Stir in the sour cream , flour and vanilla. After that, add eggs one at a time and mix well.

  6. Spread half of the cheesecake batter over crust. Drop spoonfuls of raspberry jam over the batter, then pour remaining cheesecake mixture on top.

  7. Using a knife, lightly swirl the batter to create marbling.

  8. Bake the cheesecake for 50 to 60 minutes, until set at the edges but still slightly wobbly in the center.

  9. Remove from the oven and let the cheesecake sit in there with just a wee gap between door for 1 hour.

  10. Finally, turn the oven off and let them cool and set in there overnight.

  11. Top with fresh raspberries to serve.
