Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
- Instructions 1 l/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup raspberry jam
Directions:
- Just make sure your oven is preheated to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and salt in a medium bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

- Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Now, you start to add the sugar—very white of some room temperature unsalted butter and beat until it is weeks light fermier.

- Spread half of the cheesecake batter over crust. Drop spoonfuls of raspberry jam over the batter, then pour remaining cheesecake mixture on top.
- Using a knife, lightly swirl the batter to create marbling.
- Bake the cheesecake for 50 to 60 minutes, until set at the edges but still slightly wobbly in the center.
- Remove from the oven and let the cheesecake sit in there with just a wee gap between door for 1 hour.
- Finally, turn the oven off and let them cool and set in there overnight.
- Top with fresh raspberries to serve.
