Quick Scallops Dinner Recipe
Ingredients:
- Scallops
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil or butter
- Lemon (optional)
- Dipping Sauce: Garlic butter, Cream sauce or Herb & Lemon.
Directions:
- Dry the scallops well with a paper towel on both sides and season them with s&p.
- Then, heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high.
- Heat a pan and put the scallops in, on high for 2-3 minutes each side until golden.
- Take it off the heat, lemon if you want to add some and serve with a sauce of your choice.
How to Serve Quick Scallops Dinner
Plate up the scallop, a little of everything on top You can serve it fresh with a happy salad or steamed vegetables and you have a meal.
