How to Make Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Sour cream or pure whole milk Greek yogurt
- 2 servings Protein powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- Nonstick cooking spray, butter or coconut oil for pan
Directions:
- In a large non-stick skillet, heat over medium. Spray with cooking spray or use a dab of butter, coconut oil and allow to melt.
- Combine eggs, protein powder and baking soda in a large bowl. Mix in the sour cream or Greek yogurt.
- To the skillet, add with a 1/4 cup measuring cup of batter. You should be able to fry 3 pancakes at a time. They are about ready to flip once bubbles form on the top and edges appear set.
- Top with butter, sugar free syrup or whatever and your favorite toppings like chocolate chips/blueberries etc.
