Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower is an easy, quick recipe. Here’s how to do it:
Ingredients:
- 1 cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Directions:
- Instructions Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix the rest of the cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, onion and salt-free pepper in a big mixing bowl until fully incorporated.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and spread pieces of cauliflower onto a baking sheet.
- Toast for 20–25 minutes, looking occasionally , till the cauliflower is golden and combines.
- Take out of the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, then place back in for 5 more mins till cheeses are melted/ bubbly
- Then add a spoonful of soy gravy sauce in the bowl and topped with some chopped parsley before serve.
