Introduction

It is healthy with being a fruit salad and also not so healthy but Yummy because cheesecake! Is a lovely change from the traditional cheesecake and is so full of delicious fruit — plus it has that creamy sensation which we all love.

So easy, this can be whipped up like A; tray of beer or guacamole , and it’s a real crowd-pleaser. With only simple ingredients, no one will actually have stars perform for them but you can prepare it. This is also a good way to use fruits that are not the freshest and can be turned into an ice pop for them or if you want, with fresh fruit making it a bit more of approachable treat. This cheesecake is perfect for any celebration or as a weekend treat – either way, your family and friends will love it!!

How to Make Fruit Salad Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc.)
  • Fruit preserves, 1/4 cup (for topping; optional)

Directions:

  1. Oven — Preheat to 350°F (175°C)
  2. Combine melted butter with graham cracker crumbs in a bowl and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes and let it cool
  4. In a separate bowl, add the cream cheese layer ingredients and beat until smooth. Add remaining powder sugar and vanilla extract, mix well.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Plop the cream cheese mixture over top of your cooled crust.
  7. Place the cheesecake in your refrigerator for 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Serve cold topped with fresh fruits: I used grapes, strawberries and kiwi but you can literally use anything to your preference; additionally drizzle over fruit preserves if using.

How to Serve Fruit Salad Cheesecake

Serve this fruity cheesecake cool and fresh! It’s perfect on a hot day, and you can cut it into slices for everyone to enjoy. Add a dollop of whipped cream on top if you want an extra treat!
