French Onion Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c . grated gruyère
- Garnish: fresh thyme (if desired)
