Crispy Bang Bang Chicken Wings —Ingredients


Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Directions:

  1. Quick Preheat Oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Whisk together cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika and salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl then toss this mixture with the chicken wings until they all are well coated.
  3. Spread the wings out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 45 minutes turning once half way through or until golden brown.
  4. Make the sauce while wings are baking, mix together mayonnaise, Sriracha, sweet chili and rice wine vinegar.
  5. After the wings are finished, add them to your sauce and toss.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
