How to Make Cranberry Fluff

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup homemade whipped cream
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • Chopped nuts, 1/2 cup (optional)
  • 1/2 c.c. drained crushed pineapple (opt)

Directions:

  1. Add the cranberries and sugar to a pot on high. Simmer for a long time (90 minutes) until the cranberries start to burst and the juice slightly reduces itself.
  2. Allow cranberry mixture cool completely after its cooked.
  3. Mix the cooled cranberry mixture into homemade whipped cream with a spatula in a large bowl.
  4. To this you can also add chopped nuts, crushed pineapples or mini marshmallows (if your in a sweet tooth mood).
  5. Gently mix until all is combined.
  6. Refrigerate at least 2 hrs before serving, to allow the flavors marry.
