How to Make Chocolate Lasagna
Ingredients:
- 36 regular Oreos
- 6 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tablespoons cold milk
- 12 ounces Cool Whip, divided
- 2 (3.9 ounce) packages dry chocolate-flavor instant pudding mix
- 3 1/4 cups cold milk
- meltable mini chocolate chips (optional)
- Crushed Oreos, optional
Directions:
- Special Equipment and Other Preparations: A food processor to crush the Oreos.
- Step 1: grab a mixing bowl and combine the finely crushed Oreos with melted butter until well blended Push in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to create your crust.
- In bowl mix cream cheese,sugar, cold milk until well blended. Gently FoLD in 8 oz. cool whip until mixed well Pour this mixture over the oreos crust.
- In another large bowl whisk the 2 boxes of dry chocolate pudding mixes with 3¼ cups cold milk until it sets up. Pour the pudding over top of the cream cheese layer and smooth out into an even layer.
- Then top with the remainder of your Cool Whip. Add mini chocolate chips or crushed Oreos on top for extra decoration.
- Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Slice before serving Serve cold Enjoy!
