- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Flour
- Eggs
- Bread crumbs
- Olive oil
- Marinara sauce
- Fresh mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil (optional)
Directions:
- Bake for 10-12 minutes at 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- Prepare a breading station with three shallow dishes: flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
