Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Frying Oil or Baking Cooking Spray

Directions:

  1. Bake at 375°F for you bakers.
  2. To each chicken breast, add a slice of ham followed by some Swiss cheese on top.
  3. Roll the chicken as tightly as possible, and use toothpicks to secure in place if necessary.
  4. Salt and pepper flour.
  5. Roll each chicken wrap in the seasoned flour, dip it into beaten eggs and coat with crust.Drop onital
  6. Pan fry the chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until golden brown on all sides. Alternatively, you can bake the chicken in a greased baking dish and then spray it with cooking spray.
  7. Place the baking dish in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (juices run clear) and cheese has melted.
