Copycat Cheddar Bay Biscuits Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Ingredients ???? Melted unsalted butter ? 1/2 cup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Directions:
- Preheat to oven 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Mix flour, baking powder garlic power salt and cayenne pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix in melted butter and stir until dough is crumbly.
- Mix in cheese, milk and parsley just until combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Place spoonfuls of the dough onto prepared cookie sheet, separated.
- Bake 12–15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
- If you want, brush with more melted butter and dust with garlic powder or parsley before serving.
