Steps to make Breakfast Burritos


Ingredients:

  • Flour tortillas
  • Eggs
  • Cheese
  • Cooked sausage or bacon
  • Bell peppers
  • Onions
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Salsa

Directions:

  1. Saute diced bell peppers and onions until soft in a skillet
  2. Combine eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Scramble as you would regular eggs — crack into the skillet and stir until cooked through.
  4. Mix in previously cooked sausage or bacon as well as cheese with eggs.
  5. Spread the ½ on a tortilla, then place some of the eggs over it.
  6. Fold the tortilla over tightly to make a burrito.
  7. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  8. Enjoy immediately or wrap in foil and freeze for a later date.
