Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- A tbsp of blue food color
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk and granulated sugar. Keep stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.
- In the mixture, also incorporate blue food coloring + vanilla extract + almond extract. Add more food coloring and stir until color is distributed evenly.
- Transfer to an ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer’s directions until it reaches the consistency of soft-serve, 20–25 minutes.
- Transfer the ice cream to a container with a fitted lid and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
