Well one of the delicious things that I made are these Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins! Sweet, soft and full of flavor. Whether you enjoy them for breakfast, a snack or dessert these muffins are perfect to help brighten up any day.

Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins


Ingredients:

  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
  • 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. over to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). And put some paper liners in the 12 cup muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl mix flour, sugar , baking powder, soda and salt.
  3. Whisk oil, yogurt, egg and vanilla in a separate bowl until smooth. Blend this liquid mixture well into the flour.
  4. Fold in mashed banana and chocolate chip gently. Divide the batter among prepared muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven until cakes spring back when lightly pressed, 22 to 25 minutes. Leave the stone to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then place on a wire rack and allow it to get cold completely.
