Ingredients
- Graham Cracker Layer1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- Melt 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- Tapioca pearl 1/4 cup (for garnishing)
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and stir well to blend thoroughly. Pat mixture into bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create crust. Bake at 170°C for around 10 minutes, then cool the cake.
- Combine cream cheese and peanut butter in large bowl, mix until smooth 🙂 Add the powdered sugar a little bit at a time and combine well.
- In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
