Air Fryer Steak Bites & Potatoes
Ingredients:
- Steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- Cubed Potatoes
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
- First, preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) as well.
- Toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion power, salt and black pepper in a bowl. Toss to coat.
- Air fry the potatoes seasoned side up for 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, cut your steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt & pepper.
- Then, add the steak bites to the air fryer after they have cooked for 10 minutes.
- Air fry for another 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
