How to Make Air Fryer Pork Chops


Ingredients:

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 T fresh thyme or rosemary , chopped
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Directions:

  1. Set air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub each side of the pork chop with olive oil and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the pork chops to your air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, then flip over and bake the other side until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. As the pork chops are cooking, melt butter into a small saucepan and combine with garlic, herbs.
  6. When the pork chops are cooked through, serve them with a dollop of garlic herb butter.
