Citrus Soda Chicken Marinade
Ingredients:
- 1 cup citrus soda
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chicken pieces
Directions:
- Combine the citrus soda, and add minced garlic to taste in a bowl along with horseradish and grated ginger.

- Put chicken in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it.
- Zip the bag closed and let it marinate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Start to get the grill or oven ready, preheating it over medium high.
