How to Make Mint Chocolate Fudge Cheesecake Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cup of graham cracker cookies or crumbs
  • Melted butter 1/2 cup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 (8 oz each) pkgs cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce
  • 1/2 cup mint chocolate chips
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Directions:

  1. Heat your oven to 160°C / 325°F. Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by greasing it with butter.
  2. Mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Spread this on the bottom of a pan to make crust for pie.
  3. Combine the cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Then add the vanilla extract and mix.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low just until combined.
  5. Add some sour cream, chocolate sauce and mint chip.
  6. Spread the cheesecake mixture over crust in springform pan.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until edges are set but center is still a little jiggly.
  8. Then I turn the oven off on, slightly crack open the door and let it sit in there for an hour.
  9. Keep in the refrigerator for at least 4hours or overnight.
  10. Garnish with whipped cream and mint leaves just before serving.
