Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 lemon
Directions:
