How to Make Most Amazing Strawberry Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup ( UNSALTED butter, softened )
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Puree 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • For the cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • More strawberries for garnish

Directions:
