How to Make Pasta Pomodoro

Ingredients:

  • 200g pasta ( spaghetti type)
  • cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for serving
  • Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

Directions:

  1. Add the pasta to a pot of boiling salted water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat,the olive oil.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant, then extends to 1 minute
  4. Put the cherry tomatoes and drizzle with salt and pepper Stir for 5 to 7 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft.
  5. Stir in the cooked pasta and mix until combined.
  6. Top with fresh basil leaves and grated parmesan cheese if desired, then serve immediately.

How to Serve Pasta Pomodoro
