Honey Roasted Smashed Potatoes Ingredients


Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tbsp rosemary if included_decorations

Directions:

  1. Oven Temperature: 400°F (200°C)
  2. Baby potatoes take 15–20 minutes to be boiled till tender, you can do this in large pot filled with water and some salt.
  3. Transfer the potatoes and allow them to cool.
  4. Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet and press them gently with a fork.
  5. Combine the honey, olive oil, salt.Black pepper and rosemary in a bowl.
  6. Pour the honey-cocktail sauce over these potatoes.
  7. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden and crispy.
