No-Bake Chocolate Marshmallow Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick of butter, melted (8 Tbsp or 1/2 cup)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Directions:
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Push this mixture to the bottom of a pie dish for your crust.
- Place the chips in a saucepan over low heat to melt (no need for them ever be melted completely) Take it off the heat and whisk in marshmallow fluff until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until soft peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate, careful to keep as much air in there & try and get things even.
- Pour the filling into the crust and shake it around till smooth
- Chill for at least 4 hours or until the pie is firm.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
