Crescent Roll Veggie Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 12 ounces cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 (1-ounce) package Ranch dressing seasoning mix
- 1 C Cheddar cheese — shredded
- 3/4 cup carrots (shredded)
- 3/4 c broccoli flourets chopped
- 3/4 c green + red peppers, finely diced
- 3/4 cup black olives (sliced)
- 3/4 cup green onions (sliced)
Directions:
- Preheat oven at 350 degreesF.(180C.). Line cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with nonstick spray.
- Press crescent roll dough onto prepared cookie sheet. Seal perforations with your fingers. Follow package directions to bake, then take out of the oven and allow it to cool.
- While that is cooling, mix together in a bowl your cream cheese, sour cream and Ranch dressing packet. Stir until smooth.
- When the crust is cool, spread a knife with cheese mixture and apply on dough. Place the chopped vegetables in a layer on top and gently press them down. Top with cheddar cheese.
- Serve and they are ready to eat.
